1. Advise the National Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Agency of Nicaragua on receiving Official Development Assistance for grants and loans from the Republic of Korea
2. Provide guidance and talking points on national projects related to ICT, rural development, modernization of the National Postal Service, and others
